Mutual confidence is the best base of successful multilateral enterprise. In spite of this ancient

principle, the majority of business contacts begins as an idle juridical game and time-wasting

mutual verification. Finally, a very simple contract is turning into an expensive legal treaty,

and attorneys derive twofold advantage for the account of contract’s parties. The plague of espionage is the main reason of the general lack of confidence on intellectual property market.

Some organizations, governmental and industrial in particular, are ready to spend millions on spies, instead to conclude a contract for a few thousands. Incredible ? – examples on request !

A simple solution of business contacts safety exists, however. It is the 4-rule procedure below.

The rule 1. All informal and suspicious initiatives are ignored. Illegal/crime proposals are notified to proper institutions by default. My initiatives have the form of traditional intention letter, or an open auction (commercial enterprises). The letter, or the auction describes the essence of the enterprise for sale, in brief, and the entry fee to negotiations disclosing more

detailed data. The entry fee is very efficient barrier against jokers, hunters, and rats.

The rule 2. The subject of our contact must be defined in writing, precisely. All contracts are

reckoned up with bank transfers and fiscally registered. It eliminates greenhorns and crimes.

The rule 3. Solvent parties may be my business partners, exclusively. The only evidence of

somebody′s serious and honest intentions is the agreed advance, or deposit transferred on my SBE’s, or selected depositor’s bank accounts. It eliminates primitive amateurs of easy mark.

The rule 4. All confident and restricted by law R&D information must be compatible with European and NATO’s regulations for information transfer. The rule 4 do not exclude the

contracts concluded in neutral countries, on local law, however. It eliminates SS’s traps.

Remark: The straight path is the shortest one. Too easy gain ends in hard case, last of all.©
